Heineken Six Star ServiceAs one of world's best beer, Heineken continuously improves the quality of its product and its service. For the service, Heineken has an international standard on how to serve Heineken, namely Heineken Six Star Service. All front liners of Heineken, a.k.a the servers and bartenders were educated about this standard. Periodically, they are evaluated on the service performance. In Bali, KITASATUBALI was the agency selected to measure the after-training service performance of Heineken Six Star Service. Mystery shopping was the method. 320 was the visit number.
KITASATUBALI also evaluated the POS materials that were available at each outlet and provided other qualitative results of the Heineken Six Star Service. It was an interesting project because we got the chance to hand out cash prize to the front liners who achieved best score. Felt like Santa Clause!
