Gala Dinner of APA0-AAO Joint Congress

The Asia Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology (APAO) and The American Academy of Ophthalmlogy (AAO) held a joint congress in Bali in mid May 2009. KITASATUBALI was appointed to support the Indonesian Academy of Ophthalmology and APAO in organizing the social programs.

 

One social program that KSB managed was the gala dinner. The theme was the contemporary Balinese culture, where the tradition assimilate with the modernity. A contemporary fire dance opened the evening. The main guest star was our favorite Balinese musician, the talented Wayan Balawan. He, as always, amazed the audience with his tapping guitar skill and his golden voice. The evening was closed by the renowned Kecak fire dance.
