Microsoft India Heroes Gathering

The event was held at Cinnamon Ballroom of Holiday Inn Baruna Resort, Bali on December 4, 2010. Our client, Microsoft Corporation (India) Pvt. Ltd., invited their most performing suppliers to Bali. The suppliers who did well in supporting the Microsoft Office 2010 sales, treated as Heroes for their efforts in fighting the software piracy in India.

The Ballroom was decorated in very simple manner. Microsoft Office brandings were displayed around the venue. The backdrop was panoramic display (7m x 3.5m), with synchronized digital system (Dataton). We also put curtain panels to create corporate event ambience, where we projected Heroes theme logo, as well as Microsoft Office branding and animation.

Balawan, the talented Balinese guitarist was the main star of the evening. He perfomed his tapping guitar playing, sang jazzy to dance songs, yet with the distinctive Balawan style. The evening was ramped up by the performances of Belly dancers and DJ Edwin who played Bollywood and Indian numbers.
